Academic Profile
I am an Associate Professor of History at Negros Oriental State University in Dumaguete City, Philippines. My research interests include World War II history, local and regional histories, biographical studies, and historiography.
My works have appeared in peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes, and I have presented papers at national and international conferences, including the National World War II Museum in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA.
I am a member of the Philippine National Historical Society and the Philippine Historical Association.
